Paul Dubuc Masonry

Paul and his crew were great to work with and did an great job. I especially appreciated Paul's expertise, and his ability to work with me creatively to get the core portions of the project completed. I would highly recommend Dubuc Masonry to any of my friends and family, and would certainly work with him on my future projects.

The only problem I had with Mr. Dubuc was that he was a Montreal Habs fan, Go Toronto! ;) All jokes aside, Paul is a great stone and brick mason and a wonderful chap. He came highly recommended from an office associate and after meeting him his knowledge and experience was certainly noticeable and well appreciated. He gave my wife and I crucial information in brick/stone color, sizes and design that we had not considered and did such a good job for us he's coming back to do the 2 fireplaces (Living room & Master bedroom) all in stone once we're in finally living in our new build. Next step - the hardwood floors and kitchen! 10/10

Prepared openings for 5 double patio doors, one single door and one single window;

filled in openings created from removal of 2 doors and 4 windows; reused cleaned bricks from renewed openings; created openings in brick wall forr two new electrical outlets. Filled in multiple holes in brick mortor joints all around house, not just in area he was working in.

Paul & crew came when they said they would; kept us apprised when they were running late, cleaned upn the work space as they worked, redid a window sil not up to his quality standards and redid two door sils that didn't match floor height required without protest. I would hire him again if needed.

This is my first time working with Paul and I have to say he’s a class one act! He is super pleasant to work with easy to get along with. I had a job in my place where I was trying to fix my old brick fireplace. He listened to my idea and then made some great recommendations. I ended up changing the idea from repair to overlay and the fireplace looks great! It’s now the focal piece of the room! Personally, as many of you probably do, like to interview multiple contractors when I offer each contracting job on my house. I read their personality besides their work and price. Many will criticize current or old work done on the house to earn your trust. In the case of Paul, he just looked at it and made creative suggestions! You wouldn’t want a brain surgeon doing your lawn care, you would want a passionate gardener doing your lawn. Paul is very proud of his work and more importantly his name. A good reputation carries a lot of weight with him. For his first job with me, I am very satisfied.

I contacted Dubuc Masonry to repair some crumbling cement on my front porch. Within two days Paul arrived and competed the repair in a timely fashion and at a good price. I found him to be professional and punctual and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I contacted this company to install some glass tiles in my kitchen as a backsplash. Paul was very attentive to every detail. He went above and beyond to ensure the quality of his work was to my standard. I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism. Paul did a rush emergency job for us as the house was going on the market on Thursday and the photographers were coming two days before that to take pictures of the house. He arrived on time (the day before the photographer) and did tuckpointing and parging at the base of the garage, at the front of the house. His price was very reasonable and he even did a little extra for 'no charge'. We were thrilled at the professional job he did! The house looks wonderful!! I've saved his web site on my "Favorites" list, for future reference.

I found Paul on TrustedPros. I needed repairs done to a number of bricks on my house (around 100) that had eroded away because of poor construction, tuck pointing done in a number of areas and my front porch interlock removed, and redone as it was in need of serious help.

Paul, provided very good pricing for the series of projects I needed done, laid out exactly how he was going to do each job, how long it was going to take, and the materials he was going to use and why.

The overall workmanship on each of the projects was excellent and certainly exceeded my expectations.

I already told Paul, I will have a series of other projects that I need done later this summer.

Paul was very prompt and friendly, and carried out first class masonry work on time at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with the end result.

It can be daunting hiring a contractor these days, especially if you're a woman and don't know much about the construction business. You hear so many stories of people getting ripped off. Paul was excellent in explaining to me what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The crew did an excellent job not only in repairing the damage to the bricks on the front of my house, but in communicating to me about what they were doing. Good clean up too. They also returned promptly to address a small area of repair that was missed. I highly recommend them

I truly cant say enough about the quality of workmanship and completed job that Quality Masonry & Restoration has completed for my home. They have great attention to detail, the communication was second to none and they truly included me every step of the way, explaining the steps and even exchanging ideas was awesome. I would absolutely have no second thoughts about giving a reference or having them back to do any other projects that I might need done. Not to mention they were very reasonable in the project's pricing as well.
