This advice is to ensure that Pointe-Claire Chimney will charge at the job completion what you were quoted before the job started. In my incident they quoted me a price which I accepted and when all was done they charged me more than what they originally quoted me. In some cases the scope of work can increase after starting the work and in these cases contractors should advise the client that they will charge more before doing extra work. By doing so; the client will not be surprised with unexpected extra charge as what happened with me.
