I am so pleased with the painting that Brian did on my house. He is the ultimate painter as he takes much pride in his job. Brian also did interior painting of three bedrooms and four washrooms last year and I was very pleased with his work. He cleans up each day after his work and is very meticulous. I would recommend Brian to anyone who wants the job done right.

This was the second time we used Brian for painting services.The first was when we were in our bigger house of 3000squ ft and the job was excellent.We had since downsized to a smaller house and renovated to make it feel like home.Brian did another excellent job painting the kitchen and living room area.Would recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality professional painting experience.

A wonderful experience overall. The quote for the work was within reason and the final billing was as quoted. The project was completed earlier than promised and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. We have nothing but good to say about Brian, his work ethic and his professionalism. Brian did an excellent painting job our home. He was punctual, meticulous, and gave us a fair quote. He also cleaned up after each day he was here, and took great care in protecting our floors and miscellaneous items that were too big to move out.

We had several estimates and found Primary Pro was the most detailed estimate, unbelievable rate, and the finished job was above and beyond.
Everything Brian advertises is absolutely correct and everything plus was done that was written up on the estimate. Brian repaired our ceilings and walls making this old houses rooms look new rooms. Excellent work, trust worthy person, pleasant, polite, tidy and very clean. Wow, we lucked out finding Primary Pro to help us with our issues. We highly recommend Brian for any of your home repair needs. You won't be sorry!

| Warranty | Primary Pro Painting (“the Contractor”) provides a 2 year warranty that covers workmanship and labour on all work completed by the Contractor. Subject to the limitations below, the Contractor will repair any peeling, blistering or chipping resulting from defective workmanship. This warranty is in effect for a period of 2 years from the date of completion and the customer has signed off on the project, providing that: The contract has been paid in full. You have an original copy of the contract. The property is made accessible to the Contractor, or it’s employees, to complete the required repairs. Limitations of this warranty: Any work that was not performed by the Contractor. Any work where the materials were not supplied by the Contractor. Variations in colour when matching new work to existing work as all colours will be effected over time by environmental conditions. Repairing of any horizontal surface that, by virtue of it’s design, permits or allows moisture to collect. Surfaces include but are not limited to, decks, railings, stairs, window sills and roofs. Bleeding, discolouration or failure caused by knots, rust, wood rot or cedar. Surfaces made of or containing galvanized steel. Any repairs required as a result of a defect in the coating caused by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover: Nail pops, screw pops and cracks as this may be a result of settling, expansion or contraction of a structure or surface. Damage caused or resulting from abrasion, cleaning agents, chemicals, misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations. Damage caused in whole or in part by acts of God, fire, flood, hail, extreme weather, vandalism or any other condition beyond the control of the Contractor. Any condition arising out of normal wear and tear. Additionally, any other surface that may be specified on your contract as not warranted by the Contractor. This warranty is only in effect for services provided between the Contractor and the Customer. |
