Came, listened, looked, gave a quote (one of three). Was not the cheapest but the one who gave the most confidence they knew what was needed.
Cleared the digging area with the utilities.
Two gentlemen came, dug the area, waterproofed, put in new weeping tile, returned the area to its previous condition, cleaned up and left, all in one day.
I'm happy so far with the job done. Proof of the pudding will be when there is no further evidence of leak in the basement.
