Yuriy and his team from Quality Home Roofing & Remodeling were great. We had mold on the attic side of our roof sheeting caused by improperly ducted bathroom vents and no soffit ventilation. Yuriy replaced all the sheeting, removed some masonry between the roof rafters to allow air flow through the soffit and installed and connected proper bathroom vents. The guys arrived early, were diligent about their tasks, and were done in two days. Yuriy's price was very competitive and I was a little skeptical at first until I contacted the references that Yuriy was happy to provide. They were all glowing references and I'd be happy to add my voice to that group. Oh, the icing on the cake was Yuriy noticed and repaired a few damaged shingles on part of the roof that they weren't even required to look at. Thanks Yuriy.

We called Quality Home Roofing & Remodelling during the peak of Covid. Yuriy and his team were quick to come to our home, maintain physical distance and give us a detailed honest estimate. We waited a few months for the work to begin, but as I expected, they were worth the wait. On site Yuriy told us he works on one job at a time and doesn't move on until the job is completed which makes scheduling difficult.

The crew worked tirelessly in the heat of the summer They protected our newly constructed deck, gardens even the neighbours home. They cleaned up quickly and efficiently. The roof looks amazing. Yuriy has since followed up with us to assure we were happy with the work and assured us he would be available if we were to run into any problems. I am so glad I found this team and highly recommend their services.

A couple of years ago, Yuriy provided us with an estimate for replacing our roof. The quotation was very reasonable for a big job (we needed to remove two layers of shingles, all of our sheathing, etc.). Also, his honesty and manner impressed me. So when it became urgent to do the work this year, I arranged with Bozhena (who was kind even though I called her very often!) to have them come and do the job. There was a bit of a wait but it was absolutely worth it. Yuriy and his team were efficient and professional. They took care to protect the yard, railings, etc., and cleaned up very well at the end of the job. And most importantly, the job was very well done. I'm especially pleased with the way the flat portion of the roof was designed and installed. I highly recommend these guys. Just beware of Yuriy's very strange sense of humour!

Yuriy provided a very reasonable estimate of the roof replacement, including chimney removal. He didn’t try to expand the scope of work beyond what was necessary or try to up-sell me to features that I didn’t need. Communication to arrange the estimate appointment, written estimate and subsequent job completion was excellent, courtesy of Bozhena, his very amiable and efficient office manager. Showed up on time with his crew to complete the job in one day. Protected the surrounding areas of our property at the start and cleaned up completely afterwards. Assuming I won’t have any more leaks after the next monsoon-like rainstorm, I heartily recommend Quality Home Roofing and Remodeling.

We had a leak due to the flashing around our chimney allowing water to seep through.

Yuriy was really responsive and provide a quote and fixed the shingles and the flashing in between snow storms!

It was extremely helpful to get the work done before more snow thawed on the roof.

I am extremely pleased that I chose Yuriy and his crew to repair roof leak and install Roof Vent for range hood exhaust. His crew finished the job in one day and explained how he would proceed with Vent installation without affecting the attic insulation. They cleaned up the property so no roof debris was left behind. The quote was competitively priced and the quality of work and materials were good. I am impressed with his work so I had his team do a job on another property as well. I would like to highly recommend Yury at Quality Home Roofing and Remodelling. I had a problem with a brand new 1 year old roof that must have been very poorly done by such unprofessional people! I had actually paid full price and trusted a client of mine to do it for me! Never again. We had birds nesting under the loose shingles and recently some squirrel found it to be a good home. Yury came, found out quickly all the problems that my previous roofer neglected to do, recommended a solution and he remedied the problem within a few hours. I knew Yury a long time ago as he also did another roof for me in the past, but for this house, he was too busy, I didn't wait for him which was a big mistake. Yury's prices are very reasonable, a true professional, he does the job right from the first time! If you need to wait for Yury at Quality, he is worth the wait...!
