Would Definitely Recommend!
I emailed Quantum Cleaning for a quote and got a fast reply, a very reasonable quote and the appointment was made for within the week. D'Arcy steam cleaned my loveseat and did a fast, efficient job. I was very happy with the results. I emailed the next day to have some more jobs done!

Previous tenants had left carpets in pretty bad shape. Quantum arranged the work to meet my schedule, guys arrived when expected. D'Arcy came in with 3 machines to vacuum, scrub and shampoo. Results were very good and new tenants were pleased.

I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning, and was highly impressed by this company's excellent customer service, and the quality of their work. They were very quick to provide us with a date to get our carpets cleaned, and the three big stains that we had on our carpets are now gone.. I am thrilled, particularly because the groupon apparently didn't even include stain removal. They even came back a second time to remove a stain that did not come out the first time. I would highly recommend this company - it is truly rare to find such amazing customer service, as well as quality of service these days!
I was so happy to hear that those stubborn stains came out with the spot cleaning (it was difficult to tell at the time of the cleaning due to the neutral color of the stain and the fact that the stained areas darkened when wet). I appreciate you taking the time to share this review Jessi, it really means a lot.

We recently bought a house and wanted to be sure carpets were clean. D'Arcy was on time, courteous and professional. I could see how much dirt he was pulling out of the carpets from the buckets of water he emptied, and they looked and smelled clean when he was done.
I would definitely have him back in a year to do it again.

Our epoxy floor looked awful when we rented our facility, carpet was very very dirty. After Quantum finished the job, we were more then satisfied! Wow! It looked almost as new. The service is just one of the best we ever add. We recommend this company everytime we can.
