I recently had an accepted offer on a home, that we had been advised had been "redone from top to bottom" in the Windsor area and was given only a 72 hour window to arrange a home inspection. Coming from the GTA I was very leery of finding a home inspector in such a short period of time. I was given Roberts information & contacted him during the evening hours on Thur. and he managed to accommodate us on such a short period of time and agreed to go out on that Sat. at a time that would be convenient, given we were driving up from the GTA (4 hr drive).
When we arrived we were pleased to see Robert had arrived early and had already commenced his inspection. We found him to be friendly, thorough, courteous and extremely professional. He explained things in detail and found a ton of issues with the house, he basically saved us from purchasing what would have turned out to be a lemon & saved us thousands of dollars in repairs. I have dealt with home inspectors in the past, but would say Redmond Home Inspections is by far the BEST experience.

Robert Redmond performed that home inspection on my home when it was purchased and when it came time to have my new purchase inspected, I chose to use him because he was very informative and explained everything so very clearly.
The report was sent out the very day that it was performed and was explicit and detailed.
