Ridley Windows & Doors

I purchased wood interior windows, with the baked on finish from Ridley in Campbelleville Ontario when I built my house 23 years ago. The sales rep, never told me about an annual inspection for warranty, hence when I had an issue, I didn't meet the conditions.

Being in construction for 35 years, I thought they would do something, but no nothing.

Since I have custom trim and the interiors were stained and finished, I decided to stick with Ridley and replace the damaged sliders and windows due to poor manufacturing details. That was about 10 years ago! Now needing some other replacements, I noticed some issues with the recent purchases are getting worse, since Ridley did nothing 10 years ago when I first told them. They sent someone up and said they would look into it.

I'm selling my home and don't want to replace all with new style and company, so again I purchased a bay and sash from Ridley to keep this simple. I again called on the warranty of those 10 year old windows, again and again. No response .

Ridley in Campbellville is a company who has no customer service and will sell windows but provide no warranty, and its been this way for 23 years now. I will never again purchase Ridley windows of any make or manufacture . This is the one exception to the rule " you get what you pay for"
