They did a great job, fast and at a good price. Whenever something was done differently than I was expecting, there was a good reason for it and also willingness to adjust/change as needed. Rene is very easy to work with and will sort out problems quickly and with great results. I had a great experience overall.

I would definately reccomend Rene. We were very happy with the work done, and the timeline. Rene worked with us around our personal tastes, our needs, and the work was faster than we anticipated.

His quotes are a little on the high side but considering that he is available and on time, I would say it's worth it for a larger project.

Rene was able to come in and fix a horror show left by the previous contractor. He was professional, courteous, and reliable. His work looked beautiful at the end and helped us get the apartment rented within a day! He was flexible when we needed some extra work done and did an amazing job. He really impressed us with his quality of work.

We recently had Royal Basements, Inc. complete our basement renovation. We are very happy with the job performed. Mr. Alfaro from the beginning of the project guided us with an honest opinion about our budget and the many possibilities that we had in mind to choose the more convenient for us. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. They promise and they accomplished what they promise initially. We met several times to plan what we wanted. It was great to work as a team with Royal Basements. We are now using our new completed bathroom and extra room, a completely new lighting every day in our new basement. We are so excited!!! The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. We are really blessed to meet and feel part of this team: Rene and Lorena the owners and Alex, their hardworking son. Worked in a timely manmer, made efforts to stay within discussed quote. Kept work area neat and tidy at all times and returned for touch ups when required.
