Scott and his team did a pretty extensive renovation of my condo - updating the kitchen, custom cabinetry in the living room, painting throughout and more. Scott was detailed and provided a scope of work + updated budget throughout the project. He was easy to reach, and communicative. Any snags that were encountered were attended to quickly and efficiently! He is a great go-to contractor and I would use him again in a heartbeat - thank you Scott!

This is the second project Scott and his team has done for us. They took our master bath completely down to the studs and gave us a spa like space that is great to spend time in and is a pleasure to show to friends and family. While there were a few hiccups along the way with deliveries Scott was always very communicative and worked with us to keep us up to date with where things were at. His attention to detail is much appreciated and shows well in the finish product. Overall we are very satisfied with the results and will definitely call him again for other projects as they come up. Scott was recommend to us by our realtor, which was a great recommendation. Scott and his team fully renovated our two bedroom condo in Vancouver in a timely manner and did an excellent job. They undertook a big project by gutting the whole place (floors, kitchen, bathroom, storage room, and bedroom) and turned it into an updated suite. Scott has strong communication skills and asked for our opinion throughout the whole process, nothing was installed unless we approved of it first. Overall, Scott and his team were excellent and I would recommend them for a full condo renovation. Scott is a very strong communicator that prefers to document all his conversations. Expect lots of email communication with great detail that you can continue to refer to as you progress through your project. Scott is an honest and knowledgeable professional that we believe gave us a fair price for the work completed. The quality of work was high, and the project was completed quite quickly, though overestimation a few weeks (some of this was our fault). He and his team were courteous and professional. I would choose Scott again for any further renovation project, and I happily recommend him to others.

Scott came in and took a genuine interest in our project contrary to 2 other quotes that we had received from contractors off of this site. The quote was very competitive and he was able to get started within a very reasonable time frame. He was very helpful with design changes along the way that enhanced the overall effect of the project. The deck renovation was quite large at 800 sq ft and also required some rebuild in a few sections. He stuck with the project and saw it through to completion in the timeframe agreed to. We had a party scheduled for 50 people on the deck on a specific date and he made sure that everything was done to our (and his) satisfaction in order to make that happen.
