Really pleased with the service and how accommodating Seamless was. We wanted old gutters down so the house would be easier to paint and the new installation as soon as possible when that was done. Great scheduling. And Curtis and Kyle were very attentive with install. Appreciated the removal of a wood block from old ones AND then they sanded /painted that spot.

Hired this company to replace our fascia board. Paid $2500 deposit to complete the project. Arrived in September to start the project. After one day of work they never showed up. Only replaced a few boards and left the rest unfinished. January 29 2019 has not shown up to finish the project. Company is listed in Burnaby but not listed with the city of Burnaby and the address they are using is unknown. They will not be finishing the project or refunding the deposit. All work materials are still on site not cleaned up.

I liked a lot our Gutter replacement.

Total Satisfaction would be right word for the Excellent job had been done.

Last 12 month, with those heavy rains,we did nothing just enjoy the sound of heavily running water through the gutters with no leaks.

No worries about leaves either.

Our experience with seamless gutter systems was excellent. Curtis was quick to respond to my request for a quote and both he and Nicole were very professional and efficient throughout. They were also very flexible and willing to work around our house painters. A great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

This job was completed at a high level of workmanship and in a timely manner(in relation to weather factor).

After failing to find a local company in Chilliwack to install about 130’ of gutters at our place in Cultus Lake, I was given Seamless Gutter Systems name from a friend who had nothing but great things to say about Curtis. That said, given that his company was based out of Vancouver, I figured a similar response as others. But to my surprise Curtis was open to helping me out, and not only helped me out, but did an amazing job. His attention to detail was by far, more than I expected!!! He answered my calls, provided a reasonable price, and followed thru with the job in a manner that justifies this recommendation!! Thanks Curtis for the outstanding craftsmanship!!!

If you want peace of mind then hire Curtis Chan from Seamless Gutter Systems Ltd. I contacted Curtis through his website on a Saturday night and he not only contacted me the next day but was available to meet that day to discuss what needed to be done. During our meeting I appreciated that Curtis pointed out a potential trouble spot that we had not even considered and came up with an innovative solution for another area that needed a gutter. The entire process was "seamless". Curtis may well be one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with- he offered valuable input, he did what he said he would do in a timely manner, he was on budget, and he was always reachable to answer any questions.

I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of Curtis Chan (Proprietor). After receiving competing quotes Curtis' quote was in the middle of the pack but based on the breadth of knowledge he exhibited I went with his quote.

The fact Curtis took the time at the beginning of the project to get my input as to what I expected was a good indication he values his customer's input. As advertised he gave me a start date and time with an estimated time the work would take to complete and true to his word he was onsite on time, the work was completed in the stated time frame and on budget. Curtis noticed the large amount of leaves collecting on my garage roof and as a courtesy installed clean-out boxes just above grade level on the downspouts to save me going on the roof to clean my gutters.

After Curtis packed-up all his equipment and we performed the final inspection at the end of the day my wife noticed one of the additional downspouts I had requested had not been installed. Right away Curtis was prepared to unpack all his tools to install the overlooked downspout. As the missing downspout did not have a detrimental affect on the system I suggested he install the downspout next time he was in the neighborhood. Within a day or so Curtis called with a confirmation date for the install. Again as promised Curtis was on time and had the work completed to my satisfaction. I was so impressed with the clean out boxes he installed on my garage that when he returned to install my missing downspout I had him install them on all my house downspouts.

Found Curtis to be a great communicator and installer and would highly recommend him to friends and family!
