Experienced a flood due to high amounts of rain and ServPro was the company contacted by insurance. Very impressed in what was a timely manner they arrived and the speed in which everything was taken out. The gentleman in charge was very nice and told us what to expect and jow long it would take. The only improvement I would think that could have made this ordeal better was if they hung a vapor barrier going upstairs. Lots of dust and odor from gyproc and the machines were loud and this might have helped. Overall it was a good experience, if you can say that about a flood.
