When they came to cut the lawn, they did a good job, although occasionally they ripped-off underground sprinkler. But in October 2015, they never came. Instead, they charged my credit card for $310 for work not done at all (supposedly a single cut and a Fall cleanup). After I requested Mrs. Dowell to close my contract, she promised a refund within 30 days, then another 30 days, and so on. Now, in mid-March-2016, I am sure that there is no refund coming my way. Integrity is definitely not their asset.

I had Simple Solutions provide and estimate for landscaping. I put down a 1500.00 deposit. Then the excuses started. One of the owners owns the Candy Store in Vulcan. She took my deposit. I have been chasing her ever since. They could not get my landscaping done, I wanted my money back. I have heard the cheque is in the mail so many times now. Do not do business with these people unless they do the work first, Do not put money down. The lies were through the roof.
