The good: nice showroom, able to work with the rep to design/view drawings, in the end we were pleased with the kitchen, but not the service.
The Bad: 0 for customer service. Binder provided untimely responses, failed to show up for scheduled meetings, we constantly had to follow up on issues and would get one-line emails, were told to speak directly to the subcontractors to schedule work/address issues, advised the day of the install that the countertop was not available, despite ordering several weeks prior - no apology - advised over email to simply come in and pick something else.
The initial work was on done on schedule, but not the fixes.
Some cabinets arrived damaged, had to send back, reschedule the work and when they returned they were missing pieces and/or had the wrong pieces. We even had to follow up to get the final invoice so we could make payment and conclude our business. Very unprofessional. Price was substantially higher than the other companies we received quotes from.
Overall: not a good experience, in the end we just wanted to be done with this company.
