1st snowfall left to much snow at both edges of drive 18"approx
2nd snowfall with approx same result
3rd snowfall 15 dec made first swipe early morning city plough passed at 9.30am filled the drive. waited until 4.00pm and two phone calls before the drive was cleared we were not impressed.street end of drive not widen for access,.snow blown onto sidewalk will be back in drive after city clears sidewalk. as we are in our first year will update review as we go thru winter
This client had elevated stone work at each side of driveway, driver was being overly cautious. Most clients were happy to be cleared early morning for work. Snow plows pass at different times in different areas, we must clean everyone once before we re-check for plows. To get service twice within a 10hr timeframe during a storm is very good. This customer was not happy no matter what time we cleaned, and did not seem to understand we clean according to the weather, not personal time schedules. This client was given a full refund after the 3rd snowfall which is why there are no more reviews.

Excellent clean-up for the snow removal. Although it seems that I am last on their list, they do come to quickly clean behind my car. They do come back later on and clean my whole driveway and came back the next day after the city and removed the city snow lump at the end of driveway. So far so good.....
