The guys from solid seal came to fix a badly leaking basement, in a century home basement for us. The house is also being sold but people were getting scared off due to the water pooling at the basement stairs. They came and installed a weeping bed to keep the water draining properly and saved us being off the market for weeks! Now all is dry and sealed.
I can't recommend them enough. Fast and professional work.

I was seeking a contractor to complete my front deck renovation and received a referral for Solid Seal Concrete Medics. Tyler was prompt in his response and I received a quote within 3 days. It was a challenge initially sourcing a contractor for the small jobs we wanted to have completed. Of the 2 contractors interviewed, Tyler’s quote was the most reasonable and affordable.
We had 2 projects to be completed: Remove existing Granite Coating, clean, prime, reapply Granite Coating, seal and grout the crack between the slab & stairs of our front Porch; and restore the backyard Patio Subbase.
Tyler and Steve both did a good job of reinforcing the edge of the patio with a special material that prevented the interlocking stones from sloping forward. The restoration to our front porch was a huge improvement and we got many compliments from the neighbours.

For larger Cracks we can also included a system called CONCRETE STITCHING This increases the tensile strength of the concrete especially for larger cracks over a 2mm. Stitching can be combined with crack injections for the best structural support.
We also provide INTERIOR WATERPROOFING services. The benefit to this method is the reduction in costs, is very effective, and typically can be completed faster.
We also do a multitude of PATCHING, REPAIRS, DIVEWAYS, WALKWAYS, STAIRS, OVERLAYS work.
