I always get three quotes when I get a job done and did so again even though our job was a small one. Brian made me feel like I was one of his most valued customers. He was able to address our need within a short time frame and made helpful suggestions while he was here. We discovered a year later that one of the plumbing pieces was not up to par. We called Brian and he came out right away, replaced the piece, and didn't charge us a penny. "It was me who installed that piece", he said. "It's my responsibility to make it right.". That's service!
