Sustainable Renovations consists of two partners who decided to take the knowledge and ideals provided by the Building Renovations Technician course they completed at Mohawk College. The course was focused on breeding a new type of contractor, one with better building practices and a more sustainable approach to their work and their customers. The construction and use of buildings is a greater contributror to the worlds pollution than the automotive sector.
We believe that a renovation or new construction should stand for 30 years and we were trained to build to last. The longer your renovation last, the less material that is going to the land fill. A renovation which stands twice as long as expected, halfs its environmental impact. Through better than code building practices, and sustainable construction practices, we believe this can be acheived.
We believe that sustainablility should extend to our relationships with our customers as well. A customer should feel safe and comfortable enough to call their contractor for all of thier needs, not just a single project. We will stand by our product and respond quickly to our customers needs. We believe a contractor should be accountable for every project they take on and protect the home owners investment long term.
Sustainable Renovations is fully equipt to handle any residential renovation. We are fully insured and certified Building Renovations Technicians
