From the very start, Gaetan was patient, helpful, responsive and interested which was something I had a hard time finding with other companies. He answered every question I had thoroughly and with great detail. Once the contract was signed, he started demolition on time and continued this throughout the entire process.

I wanted a full new kitchen and Livingroom and I got more than I could have imagined. From the kitchen cupboard/Countertop/Flooring install to the amazing trim work, everything turned out spectacular. He did everything he could to ensure I was happy with the work as it was being completed and it shows in the final result.

I have already recommended Locorum and will continue to do so without hesitation.

We needed our basement finished quickly and when we contacted Gaetan at Locorum Inc. he returned our call and came out same day to provide an estimate. We knew when we did the walk through we would hire Gaetan. We were extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He accommodated our schedule of which we were most appreciative. The work done exceeded our expectations! Gaetan and the other workers were quick but efficient with an eye to detail. No corners were cut and the price was reasonable. They were on time and once the job was started they worked consistently with no interruptions. We had a unique situation in which Gaetan was able to offer a creative solution..we were amazed at the result and we still talk about it! They were all great to have in our home, extremely respectful and courteous. They kept the work area clean and actually made a daunting experience an enjoyable one. The process and any updates was clearly communicated. All the workers got along extremely well together - a true team and a delight to have working in our home. Gaetan and his team were a pleasure to work with. Communication was very clear and thorough, and we always felt that the details of our project were being carefully considered. The crew was very courteous and took care to leave the site clean.

The project involved mainly structural work, and Gaetan provided detailed descriptions whenever changes or clarifications were required so that we could have them reviewed and approved by the engineer. A few unforseen electrical and plumbing issues relating to our older house came up along the way which needed to be addressed. We were consulted on the proposed solutions for these and they were dealt with professionally and at a reasonable cost.

It was obvious throughout the process that the team really cares about the work. I would not hesitate to hire Gaetan and his team again on another project.

We had Gaetan from Locorum Inc come and repair and patch up our wall in the living room and part of our flooring. He was very timely, friendly, accommodating and did a great job with the requested work. I would recommend this company to anyone, we will be using their services for any future work that comes up.

Very pleased with final result - looks really good. Experience overall excellent - This wasn't a big job but didn't feel like i was "fitted in" - They arrived on date specified, cleaned up and put away tools each day, There was an issue with the trim color (I thought the paint shop made a mistake) when I mentioned it there was no discussion and it was immediately corrected and redone in the color i wanted. That felt good. The men were polite and respectful - got the job done. The job was finished in very good time and quote price didn't change.

Gaetan and his team were nothing short of professional, honest and diligent.

The finished product (basement including full washroom) was spectacular. Gaetan and his team were able to maximize space which speaks volumes for their experience and creativity.

We needed to section off an area in our finished basement to increase storage. Essentially, this meant constructing a 16' wall and wide doorway while still allowing access to our laundry room. Locorum responded very quickly and Kyle came out the next day. We had Locorum's quote soon after. The company was patient while we waited for other contractors to quote the job. We chose Locorum due to their very reasonable price, their ability to start quickly and their willingness to incorporate changes as the job progressed. Once on site, the work went quickly and smoothly. Kyle, especially, worked long hours to keep the job on track. He is very conscientious. The quality of framing, drywall & painting was excellent. Kyle found a beautiful barn door for us at a very reasonable price but allowed us to source the hardware we liked. He probably revised his quote several times as the job changed but always kept costs in line. Communication and punctuality during construction was excellent. Our only concern is that drywall is very messy work and while daily cleanup was pretty good, I would suggest using heavy duty plastic or good quality drop cloths to cover any carpeted floor areas. All in all, however, we were very pleased with Locorum and are happy to recommend them.

Recently hired Locorum come in and finish and fix (stress on the fix part) drywalling of our basement. The ceiling turn out to be too much for my hubby to handle and these guys come in and got the job done.

Kyle come in and provided a clear estimate on time and amount of work and cost. He set expectations on meeting my timeline.

The team showed up when they said they would and did a good job. Each day I was provided an update on progress and asked if I had any questions.

The work was done professionally and the guys were respectful of my home.

Can’t say enough about the very good job Kyle and Luciano did on our basement. And there cleanup was great.

My experience with Locorum Inc was exceptional. I was first very impressed with with their punctuality, they DID show up at the time they specified. The young man (Kyle) who did the dry walling, taping and finishing, not only did a great job, he was personable and very respectful of our home. We would hire this company again, and would/will recommend them to our friends and family.

The locorum team was professional yet personable from start to finish. They took our vision and considerations and made them a reality on a short time line and they were a great pleasure to work with.
