The Duct Cleaning Specialists

With no previous knowledge of this company, I found the Duct Cleaning Specialists through a google search & decided to give them a try based on ratings & reviews. After my service call I can honestly say that I was very impressed with the level of customer service & attention to detail. Paul even went above & beyond to address a separate issue with my A/C unit. Being in the customer service industry for years, my expectations are high & I don't hand out recommendations often. However, I would recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists for their professionalism, customer service & overall knowledge. Well Done!

This company is great. Paul and his team were professional, on time, thorough and incredible accommodating. The job was not easy, with a few unexpected complications but these guys never gave up and found quick and thorough solutions at every point. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic, we asked for the top package and we didn't need our furnace cleaned, instead of just doing it and charging us they only did what was necessary, saved us money!

Paul was simply awesome. I would highly recommend him and his team. I emailed him because I was having a two year long issue with two rooms upstairs that were not getting air. A damper was closed somewhere but no one could figure out where. Instead of immediately pushing duct cleaning on me, he came in and investigated first. Eventually we did do a full cleaning and also deep clean of my AC unit which went well and the team did a great job, but more importantly Paul did not rest until my air issue was resolved and ultimately he was able to resolve it by finding the damper on the crawl space. Now my system is humming along perfectly and I’m getting air into the two most important rooms of my house.

Not only did they show me before and after pics but they also ensured the service was to the T. Excellent and exceptional service. Where would you find people educating you and ensuring you system is up and running after the service is done, a triple thumbs up guys! - keep it up!

Such an arrogant company. They think they are the best and no one else do the kind of job as good as themselves. Its not a pride because their service is not as good as their behaviors. They look down the customer and treat as if they are H.E.L.Ping us. Well, it is business btwn the company and a client. We are getting the service as we pay them. We are not getting valunteer nor donation.
