Mark completed our unfinished basement, consisting of a bedroom, gym, and craft area. Mark is very easy to work with and we were very pleased with his work. We would recommend him to anyone looking to complete a similar project. His budget estimate was accurate and we feel we got value for our money.

Mark drywalled our basement, (ceiling included), stairwell, and installed a drop ceiling in our laundry room this fall. His initial estimate was spot on when the work was completed and it looks absolutely fantastic! He was polite and easy to work with, and very flexible with our timings and any changes we wanted made. Never an attitude or negativity of any kind, he's definitely a professional and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right and everyone is pleased. His prices were very good for all the work we needed done, we would definitely hire him again, any time.

Mark just completed framing, electrical and plumbing in our basement. We found him very fair, honest, reliable and easy to work with. We needed more time to make some decisions and he was very accommodating by showing us a few options and not putting pressure on us to decide. His work was all great quality. We would hire him again for future projects and would highly recommend.

We hired Mark to frame our basement in July 2017. Paid cash deal. What was supposed to be a 3 day job turned out to be a little over a week. While Mark did frame the basement and the office, he hasn't completely finished what he was hired to do and it is now January 2018.
I believe the delay in this job was due to a basement not being cleared out for me to frame as discussed before starting the job.
The basement was slightly cleaned up for my next visit but still made it extremely difficult to execute the job in a normal working environment, which then extended the timeline of the job.
As for not being finished, the customers contacted me before Christmas asking if I could get there to finish the bulkhead and I said I would do my best but was extremely busy. The customers did not want the bulkhead finished in the summer time with the rest of the work.

Mark and his team are extremely talented and very good at what they do. I hired them to complete a job that another contractor completely screwed up. I hired Mark to install 3 ceiling fans and fix a leaking pipe in the basement. He came out and quoted the job within 1 day of contacting me and his pricing was very competitive.
Mark was extremely professional and the quality of work was fantastic. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
I'd definitely recommend Mark and wil definitely be having him back to complete small jobs and some larger renovations.

Mark is an all star. I hired him to do several jobs at my house in Woodstock that is occupied by my Mother and sister. I live several hours away so was not present for the days he was completing the work. He was extremely polite and professional. He impressed my family on all the jobs he tackled. He completed the jobs in a very timely manner and his quote was extremely fair. I wished he lived closer so I could hire him for work around my house!
