Csaba was hired to do a small tiling project in my pantry. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and provide a reasonable quote. Communication and scheduling with him was friendly and easy. He did a great job and I am very satisfied with the results. I will be looking to hire him for future tiling projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We chose Csaba - The Tilesetter Company based on reviews we saw on TrustedPros for our new bathroom and we are so glad we did. Csaba is extremely personable and was very pleasant to work with. He was always punctual, courteous and professional and took pride in his work. Everything was done meticulously. He offered great advice on what tiles to use, the best way to arrange tiles and what colour might work best. He also provided pictures of other jobs he completed which helped us tremendously in deciding what might work best for us. He also tidied up after his work and left the work area spotless. Couldn't wish for a nicer guy, his work is impeccable, and the new bathroom looks like a dream. We would have no hesitation in hiring him again and highly recommend him. We have decided to hire him to renovate our main bathroom.

We feel very lucky to have found Csaba for help with our renos. His communications were prompt and courteous. His quoting was fair and honest - we had assumed two flanges needed replacement and he told us one was in good shape and that he didn't think the work needed to be done. Csaba provided thoughtful advice and recommendations that we had not considered in how our backsplash would be tiled. My partner appreciated that he went out of his way to mark joists for the floorwork we were doing ourselves in the bathroom that had the flange replaced.

We requested he mask when indoors and he agreed immediately and wore and n95 throughout the work which was appreciated. Friendly, efficient, and quality work.

I contacted Csaba to inquire about completely gut and renovate my main bathroom, including a total replacement of the shower & tub, toilet, vanity, and associated fixtures, as well as finishing a shower stall in the basement that needed to be tiled. I appreciated that he was very up front about pricing and time frames and that he gave me the option to pick out and purchase my own fixtures. It wouldn't be for everyone, but I was able to do some deal hunting and save some money in the process.

As for the renovation process, it was seamless. Csaba was extremely accommodating to my requests and changes and always willing to answer any questions I had. I was looped in whenever my input was necessary, but otherwise I felt like he had things well in hand.

The end results were also terrific. The tile in both the upstairs and downstairs bathroom looks great - truly the centerpiece of the whole job. As a whole, though, the work that was done looks really tidy and well-done to my, admittedly, untrained eye.

The only wrinkle was a small leak that developed from the toilet shortly after the renovations were complete. As soon as I reached out to Csaba about it, though, he got back to me and showed up that day to investigate the issue. The culprit was the flange which had failed and needed to be replaced. He showed up on a Friday afternoon to install a new one and had my bathroom back working again before the weekend. It was about the best resolution possible to a less than ideal situation, and to my mind almost more indicative of a professional who does quality work.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire Csaba again or recommend him to others, especially given how he was willing to stand behind his work after everything was said and done.

Csaba contracted to renovate two bathrooms and tile a staircase system into our basement. Csaba provided a quote at our request and was open to our requests for changes as we decided on a final design. His quote price was very reasonable for the work to be done, they were on time for the stated start date, Csaba and his brother showed up every day on time and worked hard until the end of the day. Csaba was open to us performing some of the work to reduce our end cost. We did the demolition of the existing bathrooms, painting and some of the electrical requirements and it was easy to coordinate our work with his work. As they worked thru the job their attention to detail, and quality of work was exceptional and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.

I would highly recommend Csaba if your considering some renovations to your home.

Recently (completed Feb 3) my wife and I had our ensuite totally redone by Csaba, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. We did a complete teardown, right to the drywall.
