So glad that, again, when we had an issue, we called Tiger plumbing. They sent Saxon, a great guy, out to help us. The solution was easier than I thought and we were grateful that Saxon took us through the process and explained everything that needed doing and walked me through what had happened in lay terms. Awesome job! I would happily recommend Tiger plumbing to anyone. Second time they’ve come to help and now I won’t go to anyone else.

They’ve been back twice, the toilet is still running. They can’t fix the most basic problem, but they’ve charged (and been paid) excessively for the shoddy work.
I apologize for the inconvenience to you. We have contacted you and are coming out to correct the situation tomorrow. We always stand behind our work and will make it right. Some repairs can be elusive and we are not perfect but we will not stop until it is done to your satisfaction.

They sent 5 plumbers to this job, none of whom knew what the previous plumbers had done. We paid $500 for the initial work (it was an insurance claim. They were recommended by an employee of the restoration company that has now been fired). That initial work had to be undone so money spent for nothing. They installed a tub surround, vanity and sink, and a toilet. The vanity top was "installed" clearly askew, with blobs of silicon everywhere. Same with the tub surround that had to be removed and re-installed and silicon blobs removed. They attempted to hide places where they screwed up (water supply to the toilet left a large hole in the drywall that they thought could be covered with a flange. They reversed the cold and hot water feeds TWICE and had to re-do them. I could go on and on. What a nightmare!
