Quote by Mason was impressive, professional & thorough. First crew that showed up to do the job was sloppy, disinterested and damaged multiple items in my home. Spilled paint, left garbage, worked partial days. Did not meet the standards set by the quote. Second crew (1 guy!) was a vast improvement and most damages were addressed by Mason. Delays in finding the second crew pushed the rest of our renovation back to the point we lost install dates on flooring.
Unfortunately, since job was completed, we have found multiple spots that were not prepped correctly, paint overages and further paint damage. Experience was very stressful and we will end up painting the interior again next summer to repair the nail pops and other errors. Mason promises far more than he can deliver.

The job was poorly managed by Mason Dahl (formerly 5 Star Painting) and the painters walked off the job due to non payment. Subcontractor was not paid for wallpaper installation. Then Mason changed the company name to Timeless Painting.

My experience with Timeless painting was truly stressless. I had just had extreme water damage to my basement. I called Timeless Painting and the next day the president Mason Dahl came to prove me with a Quote. He was very professional, polite, on time, experienced ....but most of all he listened to my needs and made me feel confident that he could get the job done.
His painters are also professional, experience, quiet and very clean. I hardly knew they were here. The job was incredible! It totally brought my basement into the modern age. Also Mason Dahl himself came to do the touch up to make sure it was up to HIS standards.
I would highly recommend Timeless Painting to deliver you needs and much much more. They are a top notch company and very reasonably priced.

Complaint: Mason Dahl still owes us money. I got cancer and he didn't pay me for my painting jobs. I got my jobs done with happy customers which I can proof. Now I'm in remission and I want my money. No more time stretching.
Complaint: I did not get paid for sub-contractor work in 2016. Mason Dahl is a fraud and has left employees, subcontractors and vendors unpaid. Stay away from this company. He takes the money from the customers but does not pay his bills.
Complaint: Mason has not paid thousands of dollars for work completed in 2017. Mason has operated as Five Star Painting in the past. He has not paid sub-contractor under Timeless Painting. Do not Hire this company!
Complaint: Mason owes thousands of dollars to many former employees. Mason will lie and tell you he can t afford to pay this week then posts pictures of himself skiing and at a hockey game while we are all sitting at home broke because he didn t pay us
