Nick and his brother are very reliable , knowledgeable, sincere, and great to work with.
They are honest, fair and always promise outstanding work when you want and need it!
I would definitely recommend them for roofing and other jobs you need for your house.

Hi,
I just moved to the neighborhood.
I was snowed in by the snowplows I could not get my car out to get my kids to school and Nick came and knocked down the 4 foot wall of snow within an hour no charge! These guys really care I recommend them to everyone!!

I had a leaking roof, I called the Toronto Property Solutions LTD. regarding that issue, they scheduled me for the nearest inspection appointment,the guys came to my house on time for inspection.
They figured out the problem, and fixed the roof.
Their service was great and they were very helpful. Highly recommend them.

My wife and I observed leaking from the flat roof above our verandah in the spring. We sought several estimates, but found them somewhat lacking in specifics and detail regarding the problem and the solutions.
Bill from Toronto Property solutions had completed work on our shingled roof in 2016 which we have been very very pleased with. Bill attended our home and gave a detailed report and estimate for the replacement of the flat roof. Bill suggested a start date and attended at our home on the date with Nick and stayed through the week until the job was completed. The estimated price was excellent and the completed work even better.

I called in a emergency situation after the big rain fall we had. There was water running like a waterfall in my livingroom. I delt with a gentleman by the name of Nick. This company went above and beyond my expectations. I was very happy with there work and customer service. I recommend them to do my parents roof as well. We are both very happy!!
