Where would we be without Taner? Sitting in Banff without any means of charging our new Tesla at home!

None of our local electrical trades have ever installed a Tesla wall charger unit before so we contacted Taner and asked him if he’d make the drive out to Banff. He didn’t hesitate for a moment. So glad we reached out to Traditional Electric!

Taner from Traditional Electric recently did all the electrical installation of plugs and lights in our newly developed basement.

He was neat and tidy and explained how lights installed in the basement are on a new breaker system so that if there is a surge the breaker will automatically shut off, saving ourselves money because there won't be further damage caused.

His electrical work meets the City of Calgary code.

As a result of a revamp of the family and dining room in our home, we needed a electrician to assist us. Based on a recommendation from David Crosson at Barbarian Interior Design Ltd., we contacted Taner Cairns, the Master Electrician @Traditional Electric Inc.

The scope of work that we required included the relocation of three receptacles, the addition of two ceiling lights and switches, installation of three pendant lights/switch, relocation of a telephone inlet, installation of a ceiling fan/switch and as the main panel was near capacity, the installation of a sub-panel.

As a result of my discussion with Taner, he sent us Zack, one of his electricians. Zack completed his work in a timely manner and was always willing to answer questions or make changes that we requested.

Taner followed up with us as the work progressed and did his own inspection prior to the City of Calgary electrical inspection. The City inspection passed without problem.

Recently, I detected a problem in an extension to an electrical circuit that was not done by Traditional Electric Inc. I contacted Taner and asked him if he would take a look. He came over, located the problem, fixed it but did not charge us for his service.

Taner and his crew at Traditional Electric helped us out with the installation of a 100 amp charger for our all-electric vehicle. They had to install the breakers in our already full panel (which was done in a logical manner) then run conduit from there to the installation in the finished garage. I had to leave them, but when I returned a few hours later they had finished the job exactly as we had discussed and everything was clean and tidy. Excellent work.
