I am a retired architect and as such can attest to the professionalism, craftsmanship and good service provided me by Tristar Roofing. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We expect to be in our home for many years, and we plan to retire in under 5. We wanted to avoid a preventable major expense while on a fixed income. After researching roofing options, steel roofing proved the best choice: longevity, durability, no maintenance, and worry-free - given the increasingly extreme weather that climate change portends. While the initial cost was of concern, it is clearly cost effective over the long term. We turned to Shell Busey's referral network to find a recommended business, and picked Tristar Roofing and Gutters, owned and managed by Paul Bralovich.

Paul provided knowledgeable assistance with style and color choice. The 3 person crew took the better part of a week to install the new roof, color coordinated covered gutters and downspouts. Paul also made custom steel cladding to cover the facia trim so that we would not have to paint.

The crew arrived on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up at the close of the day, and disposed of all the rubbish. They worked amicably together, and seemed to enjoy each other. They were pleasant, polite and very respectful. Paul visited the site at least once a day to monitor the progress and trouble shoot.

We are pleased with our decisions regarding product and contractor. We notice that the house is quieter when there is heavy rainfall, we are not concerned about violent weather conditions, there is no need for moss removal, no need to paint facia, and no need to clean gutters. These are all important factors as we age, and are less able to attend to maintenance. Our home's value has increased, in the short term and we have maintained its marketability in the longer term. We enjoy the look of our home. The roof is beautiful!
