While the work we had performed by WB was average, the sub con's were excellent and on budget. As for WB, they were unable to provide any cost updates during our renovations (believe me we asked), and when we received the final bill it was 20K over what was budgeted. They charge not only 15% on top of sub con's and materials, they also charge 15% on top of their labor rate as well. The owners of WB took no responsibility stating that it was our fault for all of the additional's (which they were not able to provide a listing of) and because we signed the cost plus contract, it was what was owed, end of discussion. If you are thinking of any home renovations, do not use WB contracting, and definitely do not sign a cost plus contract. They over charge where ever they can and blame you for the overage.

To maintain a high quality of work and to ensure the process goes smoothly we are regularly in contact with our employees, subcontractors and homeowners during the building process. An excellent working relationship with our suppliers and subcontractors allows projects to be completed in a reliable and timely manner.
HISTORY
Wes Brown learned his technical building skills by apprenticing with a premier high-end residential builder in Canada for 8 years. After successfully completing his Carpenter Trade certificate and Red Seal Certificate he decided to branch out on his own and create WB Contracting.
The company has now been helping people build their dream homes for over 7 years. The team has built over 20 homes in a wide range of styles including custom guest homes, ranchers, waterfronts and the popular West Coast style.
