If you are looking for a company to clean your already clean home and your family subscribes to traditional gender roles, I imagine you will be satisfied with West Coast Maids. If your home falls anywhere on a “lived in” spectrum, or you’re lucky enough to have a husband who is happy to roll up his sleeves & wash the dishes, this may not be the service for you. Letting a stranger into your home is a vulnerable thing, and unfortunately, I don’t think that vulnerability was appreciated or respected in this situation.
Though it took some time to be paired with Natalia, we did really enjoy having her cleaning our home & are disappointed that we will not be able to continue working with her. We hope that Deanna considers this feedback when interacting with future customers.

Horrible customer service and they cleaned very poorly. Overall very disappointing.
We cleaned Connie's home for 4 and 1/2 months we actually had to fire her because it was not getting resolved Deanna the manager was very professional and very conscientious every time but there was such a mess in her home disarray that the cleaners and the management didn't want to returnSienna had to put it very nicely and Gary Stanley to Connie that we weren't going to return so Connie went on to trusted pros and wrote and negative review on our services we're sorry for the miscommunication and we're sorry for this to happen but unfortunately our service didn't want to return.

I had a great experience with this company very pleasant to deal with and the management in the office is very polite and always there when you need extra attention to all your household needs. Very on point and very polite to deal with all around.

Excellent work, they were very caring, respectfully and business like.
The house sparkled upon completion.
I have hired them for my home on an every two week bases.
My hope and expectation is that they will continue providing excellent service.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good housecleaning.

I will say this is the best cleaning company coast to coast I highly recommend then to anyone who needs a great cleaning job. they are on point friendly and very caring about my needs that had to be done. I hired West Coast Maids to come into my home the previous owners left the house in a huge mess I am very thankful I reached out to West Coast Maids they told me they would have my house completed in a matter of a few hours the house was upside down I was so over whelmed Deanna the manager assured me the house will be completed AND it was highly recommended.

I had there cleaners in yesterday and cleaned our home that is 3000 square in tried calling a last minute cleaning service and no one was available expect west coast maids they arrived on time and did a terrific job. Deanna the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful into cleaning the home i am definitely glad I chose Wcmaids i met Deanna personally and I definite like her approach she was very easy to talk with thanks ladies.
