Super happy!

Westmount Craftsmen were recommended to us and we are super happy we went with them. Our 6 week renovation was on time and on budget. We worked with a designer and Westmount was the construction company we hired. The renovation included the kitchen and main living area, master bedroom and ensuite, new flooring and new paint. What we think sets Westmount Craftsmen apart are their employees who are reliable, great communicators, pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. Collin was our main point of contact throughout the process and Michael was the main lead on the project and at the house most of the time. Collin was very responsive and Michael was an amazing lead. He was organized, easy to have a conversation with, knowledgeable, accomodating and reliable and a really nice person to top it off!

I personally have worked on a number of renovation projects (commercial) and there are always issues that show up. To me, the sign of a great company is how they handle the issues and deal with them right away to your satisfaction. We had very few (and I mean very few) small issues and they were dealt with right away and made right.

Was very please with the results of the renovations that Westmount Craftsmen did for me. My new bathroom and shower is awesome. All trades were involved, so I didn't have to worry about the workmanship. The workers were knowledgeable and pleasant and Clean up was done every day. The company does quality work and my next project will be done by Westmount Craftsmen.

We just finished a renovation (addition out the back of our house, and new kitchen, front hallway and bathroom) by Westmount Craftsmen. We love the way it turned out and are so happy we chose Westmount. The whole process from start to finish was well communicated to us, and we found them very reliable. The site manager, Robert, was professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and trustworthy. All the employees were personable and respectful of our house and our space. I was most impressed by the way they handled any little issues that came up and dealt with them strait away and made sure we were satisfied. Collin was fantastic in this way, and it made a huge difference to our experience. Westmount was also great in the way they communicated and worked with the decorators, and the company that built and installed our kitchen cabinets. This made the whole process run smoothly. these are a great group of guys that did what they said they were going to do and our bathroom turned out great just the way we wanted it.

We hired Westmount Craftsmen to add a walkout and sunroom to our basement granny suite. We could not have been happier with the courtesy, workmanship and cost. They did a superb job, stayed on budget and indulged our many requests without complaint. We were VERY impressed with their workmanship and work ethics. They were always on time and worked diligently. We highly recommend them and give them a 5 star review with gratitude for our beautiful new room, deck, patio, deck and garden wall.

Last year, Westmount Craftsmen did a major renovation on our back split. Almost all the levels of the house where touched. They did such a great and professional job that we called them back to renovate the main bathroom. They helped us source some of the pieces and order them. They make a big effort in communicating the day to day activities and answer any concerns/questions we have. They listen and worked us . I would highly recommend Westmount Craftsmen.

From initial meeting, to final payment we were impressed with their professionalism, ongoing assistance in every facet of the project, quality of work, timely communications and the finished work exceeded our initial vision.

Steve was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, from getting a quote to following up after all the main work was done. The guys who did our work were personable and trustworthy. Every renovation comes with some little issues, but they made sure we were satisfied with everything. They would have stayed on budget, but we chose to upgrade some fixtures. Steve came in and did an estimate, he offered tips and cautions about some of my grandeur ideas. There was no up sell, there were no surprises. I gave him my dream, and he was able to create an estimate based on it. He made several fantastic suggestions along the way. Then the reno started, it just got better from there. I work from home and my little blind dog wanders freely. They were very aware of both of us and courteous. They understand the disruption and do everything they can to mitigate the inconvenience. They valued my suggestions and answered all (there were a lot) of my questions. This was everyone that I encountered, both employees and trades people. No drama, on budget, on time and spectacular results. Thank you!!!

We had our basement living space turned into our master bedroom. From initial planning & pricing all the way to finishing the job, Westmount was great to work with. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately (not that there were really any) and we were always kept up to date on the project. They stayed within the agreed upon budget and the end result is spectacular. Highly recommend!

What an amazing job Westmount Craftsmen did for us. From the quote to the last bit of finishing touches we could not have been more pleased. Very professional and high quality of work. They turned an old bungalow into a modern open concept! Each and every aspect of the job was excellent. They put a new roof on our home, turned it into open concept, new windows, crown molding, new baseboards and new hardwood flooring. They did it all and they did it well. Highly recommend this company.

Westmount Craftsmen did a great job from start to finish. Collin provided a detailed quote up front, gave us great design and component ideas along the way and would always respond to questions very quickly (usually with an hour or two). During construction Mike would start every morning asking if we had any questions which was much appreciated. The on-site workers were courteous, clean and efficient. There were some additional plumbing related repairs that came up (due to the age of our home), but these extra items were always explained well and options provided. Communication was always great. They finished the project on the short side of their estimated time frame and were within the quoted amount (excluding the extra repairs necessary). Would highly recommend Collin and his team!

I liked the attitude of the workers from the start. They were respectful and courteous and did not use foul language. A big thanks to Mike, Mike, Mike, and Andrew to name a few. They always kept me in the loop about what they were doing and asked if I wanted anything done differently. The indoor chimney removal was a very messy job and the workers strove to keep the dust down as best they could and cleaned up as they went along.

The installation of the new shower and bathroom fixtures was very professional and well done and I liked the way attention was given to the smallest details.

Collin's team gave us a fair quote and did a great job transforming a messy unfinished space to one of our new favourite places to hang with the kids. They were on time and on budget and kept the mess to a minimum in other areas of our home.

The employees for Westmount Craftsman were fantastic. Colin, the owner, was very patient with us as we made many decisions about the renovations and he was always willing to provide sound advice. The workers were polite, timely and clean. The work was completed on-time and they were willing to put in extra hours to meet deadlines. All in all a great experience and I will hire them again to do further work on my house.

Westmount Craftsmen has fully renovated our 1980's bathroom... turning it into a spa like get away. Their employees were always on time, delivered a quality product and great service, never leaving a mess behind. Collin is easy to work with, accurate in his quotation and clearly wants his customers to be happy. We encountered a problem with the faucet leaking and Collin was there the same day to diagnose... turns out it was a faulty faucet that we purchased from Home Depot. Even though it wasn't a Westmount Craftsmen issue he stayed at the house quite a while to figure it out and gave us guidance on how to deal with the manufacturer... and he didn't charge us for this extra call. He just wanted us to be pleased with our new bathroom.

Westmount Craftsmen also painted our main floor, stairwell and upstairs hallway. It is a difficult space to paint as it is mostly two stories and there are a lot of unusual angles and corners. His estimate was lower than anticipated, but, the quality was great, just as we have come to expect from them.

We will call on Collin and Westmount Craftsmen again when we have future work to be done... their great pricing and service has generated them a return customer!

Westmount Craftsmen Inc. was the first one who replied to my request for a quote and was also the first one on site to take measurements of my garage. Mr. Beaumont is a professional construction manager who takes his works seriously with a timely manner rarely seen in other contractors. WCI crews are efficient and during the course of the project, they always cleaned up after each work days and carried out works exactly as requested.

Work was done in a timely fashion. The men were professional and did a great job of clean up after work completed.

They provide top quality renovation work and have done all type of jobs for us including but not limited to replacing windows, kitchens, bathrooms, assessing hard to source water leaks, and more. They are highly recommend and Hoffaco uses them on a regular basis.
