I called the contractor Matt Zare on a Sunday to repair my furnace. Within a few hours, he showed up at my door, inspected my furnace, and fixed the issue. Matt Zare is very professional and knowledgeable! He knows what he is doing, and he is amiable, reliable, and affordable. I have called him at least twice for my furnace needs, and he fixed the issues in a few minutes. I appreciate his great work and service and would recommend him to everyone.

I had my furnace repaired by Matt Zare a month ago. I was very impressed by his depth of knowledge and expertise. He saved me lots of money by diagnosing the problem of my furnace correctly.
When my furnace stopped working, I asked a technician to come and see my furnace. He told me that the gas valve of the furnace is broken and it needs to be changed (part costs $400-$500). Then, I heard about Matt from my friend who spoke highly of Matt. To get a second opinion, I asked Matt to come and see my furnace. Matt told me that the gas valve is fine and only he needed to change a relatively cheap part (cost about $50).
Apart from his high technical skills, Matt was very polite and friendly. I am very happy with his service. Thanks Matt Zare.
