Marco and the entire team from Zzone Homes were extremely professional and did an outstanding job on our basement reno. We could not have been more pleased with the results. They often went the extra mile to make our vision come to life. During the planning stage, Marco was adaptable, and flexible with design ideas. He was able to listen to our ideas and elevate then into something practical and cost effective. He worked well with our budget and presented us with options to save money. He encouraged us to spend money where it counts and can not be easily replaced/added on to in the future.

Any time we had a concern, Marco addressed it right away. He was always able to be reached by phone if he was not on the job site. His work is excellent, and we are very pleased with the finished product. All of his workers were professional and polite in our house, they tidied up every day and aside from the noise, you would never know they were in the house.

My one complaint would be that the project took longer than originally stated, but that was partially due to me changing my mind on several things and due to some of my selections taking a long time to arrive when ordered. Most of it was beyond Marco's control. He was always good about communicating why things were taking longer than planned. In the end he did a wonderful job so everything was worth the extended time.

We would absolutely use Zzone Homes for any future renovations we needed. Thank you for all of your hard work, Marco!

I suggested that one of my co-workers try Zzone Homes after reading many of their reviews online. I'm not one who will generally make referrals so I have been following this project closely to see how it has been progressing. From the initial meeting to the very end my co worker has been incredibly happy with the service that this company has provided. The 3D design of the new kitchen that was given to her by the contractor almost looked like they had taken a picture of an actual kitchen. When my co-worker needed to make adjustments to stay within budget this was done quickly and without hassle by the contractor. Throughout the renovation I have continued to hear amazing things. The project has been on time, all of the work has been of top quality and the workers have been friendly and informative. My co worker had been concerned about being able to trust someone to do this renovation but Zzone Homes made this a comfortable experience for her from start to finish. I definitely will recommend them again to my friends and family.

Service provided was very quick. Marco explained fully what needed to be done. They were in and out within thirty minutes. When they left everything was as it was before the work was done. Except the pipe was fixed.

I will definitely call this zzone again.

As a single woman in a one bathroom condo I waited for years to renovate because I was fearful of getting ripped off or being left with an inferior or incomplete renovation.

Having a 3D design was so helpful in designing the bathroom and Marco gave me great advice and links to his suppliers to choose quality materials. The cost of my project was exactly the same as the estimate - no nasty surprises! The whole experience was stress free and working with Marco was wonderful.

My bathroom is now absolutely beautiful with stunning tile work. I have custom made wooden closet doors and French doors and the rest of my 1970s condo now looks more modern as well. I look forward to working with Marco on my next project.

Marco at ZZone Homes and his team did a fantastic job in finishing our basement. Right from the initial design consultation, we felt that we were dealing with a topnotch company. The proposed design included a gas fireplace, wine room, office, exercise area, and plenty of storage space. The planning of the project was extremely detailed, right down to where ethernet, telephone, cable and central vacuum connections were to be placed. The results were even better than we expected. The basement is now our favourite living space in our home.

Marco and his team did a great job renovating our kitchen. We are very happy with the results and will hire him again in the future.

We are very pleased with our new basement. Marco and his team turned an unfinished basement into a professional master piece which we are enjoying. There were no surprises to the final invoice even though some small additional work was done.

I was very happy with the work Marco did for me. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he came in with a great plan. They completely did my downstairs bathroom over. They insulated, put up new walls, took out old bathtub, put in a beautiful shower stall with lighting, a fan, and hid the washer and dryer behind mirrors. I never would have thought I could hide the appliances. The mirror opened up the room and made it look larger. It is really beautiful. Friends and family love the work that was done too. I would highly recommend Marco to do any job in your home. He went over and above doing some small jobs that weren't even on the contract. He is a very sociable person and easy to work with. Never made me feel I was being unreasonable about any questions I had.

ZZone Homes finished our project in May 2013. We were thrilled with the workmanship, enthusiasm and care that went into the project. Honestly, we can't say enough about our home theatre. We were re-doing our only bathroom in the house and had many contactors coming in to quote us and give us ideas and suggestions. As this was our first reno, it was very scary to choose someone for any job inside our home because of the bad stories you watch on TV reno shows. Marco was the only one that stood out as he really listened to what we needed, and we felt really comfortable with his from the minute he walked into our home. He is very professional and really knows what he is doing. We worked together on a design and his input and experience helped us in creating a bathroom that we now enjoy and love. His Team does the job right, using products with highest quality and respectable brand names. He is a very skilled contractor. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and put away. Marco was always in communication on what is happening and what he is doing as we were at work all day. We have two small boys who keep asking when is Mr. Marco coming back , great with kids. Marco and his team did a great job renovating the main floor of our house. The renovation included hardwood floors throughout and complete update of the kitchen with a beautiful island. Each member of the team was very friendly and kept the space they were working on neat and tidy.I was extremely satisfied with the services they were able to provide and the finished product and I would recommend Zzone for any home remo project.

I had the pleasure of having Marco and his team from Zzone homes do some extensive renovations on my home. I reside outside in the middle east and am typically home for x-mas and the summer. Marco and his team took care of every single detail and finished the job on time and on budget. I was really impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work they performed. I had a basement re-done, hardwood installed throughtout the home as well as a custom stone fireplace with custom cabinetery. Marco did not miss any details. In certain instances when things needed to be modified Marco and his team took on some extra smaller projects at n/c. What i truly loved was the 3d modelling tool. Being remote for the construction I had a friend supervise however i must say that the final pictures are replicas of the 3-d models. I have had very many bad experiences with other contractors but from meeting Marco and his team both me and my wife knew that we had a good feeling and that Marco and his team were profressionals who know what they are doing. I am going to do a bathroom remodel and a kitchen gut and install and I have no question that it will be with Zzone homes. This was my first major renovation and wasn’t sure what I was getting into because you hear a lot of "scary" stories about contractors and home renovations. Marco from Zzone homes came highly recommended from a close friend and I must say he made me feel confident about the renovation.
