Acrylic stucco

Can you apply a new coat of acrylic stucco over the existing acrylic stucco to change the color of the house?

Yes, but probably easier to get iy spray painted 2 coats.

Yes, if your house already has stucco, you can just put new coat of acrylic finish. The previous insulation and basecoat will stay the same, and you dont need to change it.
It will be fairly cheaper too.
