What is the typical cost per s/ft for bamboo flooring including material and installation? Are there different types of bamboo material? If so, what are they and the cost difference...thanks!
At this time I have a special on and I charge depending on material costs. Prices change everyday for different flooring's so it is hard to get an exact price. A good quality bamboo hardwood can cost anywhere from $7.00 a sq/ft and up installed. What you need to do is call a contractor like us or any contractor you would like and see if they have a special on! If the products are $1000 it would cost $1000.00 to install it. This can change depending on the job description. Do the contractors have to remove an other flooring or is leveling needed. Is an underlay necessary. Lets say all I have to do is install 1000 sq/ft of hardwood. it costs me $3.00 sq/ft for the flooring it would cost you $6000 to install it. Ruff Idea. That's not including ripping out the floor, underlay nails, cleats,
I hope this helps!

Right now I have a special on bamboo flooring and it is $7.00 sq/ft installed thats with no underlay of course.
Typically, bamboo retails around $4.00/ sqft and labour to install is about $2.00. At least that's what we charge. Jason Seigmiller, Laminatezone.com. THX
