Basement Ceiling

Hi, the fire marshal checked our basement and saw that the furnace has no proper shielding above it. Since our basement has no proper ceiling, it has no division from the top floor. (if you look up, from the basement, you will only see the base of the floor)
The fire marshal said it would be a fire hazard incase of fire. The basement ceiling that needs to be covered above the furnace is 27ft x 19.5ft.
How much would it cost for that?
