Hi there,

I'm planning on replacing a my hardwood flooring in 1985 house in Ottawa and was wondering how much it would cost to rip out old flooring and baseboards, replace subfloor (it's OSB and terribly squeaky) and install engineered flooring and new baseboards.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Angela,

Touch to put a price on It through this site / site unseen.

Guess though based on your scope...approx $19 / sf. So 1000sf, you re looking at about $19k.

It a very big, labour intensive project to say the least.

Best of luck!

Hi Angela hope your doing well, so depending on square footage, I would be able to do it for $17/sf.
