Hi Susan.
More information is needed to even come close to estimating a cost. For new the laundry room, you will have to run hot/cold water, drain, venting & electrical for washer/dryer. If it's a gas dryer, need natural gas hookup. If none of this is there already. Drainage maybe the most difficult to figure out if not close to a kitchen or bathroom.
