How do I get warranty work done when the contractor won't reply? Patrick Brost with Tradesman Group installed some french doors that need to be corrected. He replied through this website.

Hi Ron,

If the contractor is not returning your calls or keeping his commitments to you than just simply hire another contractor. Handy Canadian is a great source for good contractors but unfortunately there are some registered on the site that offer sub par services. We would be glad to help you. but we are located in Vancouver. I do however know colleague of mine and he is actually in Edmonton right now for a 3 weeks. His name is Garry J Brown (778-828-3674) and he is excellent.
