Hey this is Aaron from Revelation Tile and Renovations. Just a question. What kind of laminate is going in ? We are about 1.25sq ft to remove and dispose of carpet and 2.50 sq ft to install including transitions and quarter round.

Good evening Tom, thank you for your enquiry.

The cost to remove old carpet and strips is $300; the cost to install new laminate flooring is $360;

Depending on the condition of the subfloor, the price may vary. If it s only a screw down in several spots, it s a $20 charge; and if the plywood needs to be replaced, you are looking at approximately $200 charge. We won t know until the floor is stripped. If you are looking to install trims, it s an additional $210. Waste disposal is $150.

Sincerely,

PFI FLOORING
