I was wondering if I can get some suggestions on my bathroom floor. My husky tore a hole right through the linoleum, right through the wood. We've covered the hole with a board so we don't fall through.
I'm looking to find out if and how much to fix the hole and redo the floor. As I want to sell, I don't want to put too much into it.
Thanks for your help. Here is a couple pics.
Hello,
I would recommend ceramic tile. It is always a positive feature when selling your home, especially for a bathroom or kitchen. Depending on your budget I would also consider in floor heating.

Sorry, I mean tile in general.... not to single out ceramic tile.
I do concrete floors not linoleum or tile. Sorry I can't help.
Hi Carolyn,
Removal of the current flooring and fixing the subfloor in the first thing you need to get done. After that, a ceramic or porcelain tile would be an inexpensive and reliable flooring option that will help in the sale of the home.
Hope this helps,
