Weather strip bottom of door keeps coming loose

Hello - I am trying to replace an old weather strip on our front door. I bought a new one which comes in two pieces, the strip holder that goes on the bottom of the door and screws into the inside bottom of the door and the rubber weather strip that slides into the holder. However, over the period of 1-2 days, the weather strip keeps moving out of the holder and interferes with the door closing.
What can the issue be?
