Buying a house - Pool ventilation inspection

Hello,
I am planning to buying a house that has an indoor pool. I noticed a bit of condensation on the inside windows and maybe some mold, but not much. I would like to get the pool's ventilation system inspected to ensure it is working properly and so I do not have costly repairs after buying the house. I have called several pool maintenance companies, and also several HVAC companies, but noone seems to have any experience with ventilation systems for indoor pools. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
