Roof over backyard deck

I would like to put a roof over my sun deck in the backyard. What kind of material is there available and what would it cost. I would like it clear.
The roof is 16' by 12'. What extras would I need to mount it?

Vicwest makes a fairly nice product for that application called Suntuf (or something like that).
I did a Roof that covered a Pergola with this product and it turned out quite nice.
I think the area was something like 12' x 24' and the cost of the material was about $900 (or thereabouts)
