I need a wall removed and a door installed in a 900 square foot office space located in a commercial building in Ajax, Ontario. The first two pictures attached are showing the wall that needs to be removed, to open up space between two smaller offices. The next two pictures are of the same wall from the other side. The last two pictures are where a door (or something to separate the space) needs to be installed. The office is available day, night and weekends and I would need the job done as soon as possible.
Thank you!
We are looking for the following:

We take possession of our home on October 8th, and would like the work to begin as soon as possible (ideally, Oct 9). The home is located in south Ajax (we currently live and work downtown, so we can make an appointment to get into the house evening and weekends).
We would like to have everything in place by Sept 25, as we are going away from then until Oct 5.
Please note: You must have a GL in place, and be able to provide a certificate of insurance if we hire you.
Thank you.

We have a balcony door that leaks in garage. The caulking on the door was loose that caused the water leak into garage (it happened once or twice in the year). The garage roof is insulated by foam. The foam kept the joist wet for years and rotted it at the end (1.5 foot damage). The base flooring also got damaged around the area. At present 2 joist (left and right side of the door) has water damage.
1) replace / repair damaged joist
2) repair base flooring that got damaged ( 2 sqft)
1. Our Garage has 12 feet ceiling and its dimensions are 20x19 feet. There is currently nothing on top of the Garage and I would like to build a room by dropping the Garages ceiling from 12 to 9 feet and finishing the area above the garage. This should give us an area of about 10 by 15 with 8 feet sealing.
2. Need the on suite bathroom on the second floor renovated.
Need someone to come take a look and provide quote.

We just bought a <30 years old house. It's 2000 sqf without the basement which is unfinished. We're looking on having a few updates done prior to moving in.
First floor has a powder room, a dining room, kitchen, family room and a living room. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house currently has a hectic mix of floors, paints, etc. The jobs we're looking at are:
1. Wallpaper removal (hallway and staircase)
2. Laminate floor and carpet removal from first and second floors, staircase, powder room. (2 bathrooms upstairs will remain as they are)
3. Popcorn ceiling removal from throughout the house (excluding dining room and kitchen)
4. Painting the whole house (1 color throughout)
5. Install engineered hardwood floor (1 type and color throughout 1st and second floor)
6. Powder room: tile floors, paint, change the toilet and potentially the vanity.
7. Staircase finishing
Notes: We take possession on July 14 and we would like to have all of the above done prior to moving in. I would appreciate a quote (time and money) on each of the jobs and your availability for a house visit and measurements. If you have any previous work done that you'd like to show me, please mention it in your response.
