Hello,
I would like to get a quote to drywall, tape/mud and paint my basement. As well, electrical if possible - If not, this is not a deal breaker.
It is an unfinished basement that has been framed. Approx. 800Sq feet with an under the stairs play house and 1 bedroom.
Cheers,
Brian
mud/tapers required for a basement project in Bowmanville. All drywall will be boarded and looking mud/tap/ sand to start March 7-8. Walls only, no ceiling as a drop ceiling will be installed. The walls are approx 120 lin feet/ 8 feet high = 960 sq feet plus a stair well. Let me know your rate.
My basement is pretty much completed building. I've applied the first coat of mud/tape/beading, but have become very busy with my business and need to have the final coates of plastering applied and sanded to finish the job prior to painting.
The basement is approx 600 sq feet, and used 500 feet of mesh tape, and about 180 feet of corner beading if that helps with an estimate.
Please contact me asap as this job needs to be completed by next wednesday, february 11
thanks
4yr old house, located in north Bowmanville.
Have a water leak in my roof coming into my Drywalled garage ceiling.
The water appears to be coming through the floor of our 2nd floor patio off one of our bedrooms located at the front of our house.
The roof membrane is fitted on top of the floor of the patio and curves up against the front side of the house under the siding. It's my understanding (after speaking with the builder) that this roof membrane may be cracked where it curves up to the roof and the water could be coming through any cracks in the membrane.
We have substantial damage on the ceiling in the garage (drywall is stained, some mold and tape and plaster is damaged and fallen away). I'm not sure how the joists are up behind the drywall as this can only be analyzed once the drywall is taken down from the garage ceiling.
I need an estimate to replace the roof membrane on the patio with something better then the builders grade material to ensure this doesn't happen again. Top get to this membrane, the wood plank deck will need to be removed and possibly plywood to get to the formed membrane. To reinstall, I understand heat will be needed to mold the roof membrane into place and I'm interested in any options you can propose to eliminate this from happening again. Perhaps a better material for the roof membrane, or a better deck floor to eliminate the water from getting through again.
Thanks for your help.
I have a one and a half garage in bowmanville that needs to be tapped/mudded/sanded. I have all the supplies needed to do it including "dustless" compound, masks, self adhesive mesh tape, corners, sandpaper, and tools. On top of that I will provide a 23,000BTU kerosine heater to make it toasty warm, you'll have tunes available, and close access to a bathroom. The garage will be 90% clear of clutter for working hours. I need all the seams done with likely just one or two coats/sands, it doesn't need to be perfect, but some experience is necessary to get this done quickly and acceptably (preferably 1-2 days). Please email me if you have any questions and to provide your best quote.
Thanks!
