My husband has taken the walls in our hallway at a property that we just purchased. He can do the drywalling too but he has asthma and it is too hard on him. The house was built in 73 and it is a small sidesplit. I don't know the exact dimensions but it is a fairly long hallway. I am just looking for a quote and would like someone to complete the job tomorrow if possible.

I live in the new house by the university of Ontario. The house that I bought was originally a 4 bedroom but they converted it into a 3 bedrrom. How much would it cost to put back that wall. And we also want to put a wall downstairs? Basically, how much would it cost to make 2 walls in the house? Thanks and have a nice day.
Roof is leaking into the garage. the leak is at the corner of a second floor addition that adjoins the back wall of the garage. I think it is a flashing problem, I can see day light from inside the garage. I think some of the siding would need to come off the second floor wall and would need flashing repaired or replaced and maybe ice and water shield added. I would need the drywall in the garage replaced.
