In need of a new front entrance to the house. Our existing entrance will be demolished, so we are looking for a contractor to pour concrete for a new look. Either a landing/pad in front of the door with an curved corner and one to two small steps (74" W x 40" D x 15" H). Or two larger steps that provide a bit of a landing in themselves. Budget to be no more than $1,500.
Thank you.

Im looking for a contractor who can quote me a reasonable price for a small job on my townhouse where I would like the front of the house poured concrete or interlocked for a walkway up to the stairs to my front porch and possible poured for a walkway to the back of the house, not much work very small in sq footage, i do have pictures available
My budget is under $800.00
hi, I'd like to make a walkway from my front stairs up to the sidewalk adjacent to the driveway. Concrete or interlock is both fine, preferably something quick, easy, and cheap. Selling the house so would like to make the front look a bit better. A rough estimate beforehand would be great.
sunroom addition/Garage expansion needed, adding approx: 4 feet to width of garage.30 year old home, located on corner lot. standard single car garage. side yard is sloped, will require retaining wall extension and fill. garage has open deck above (same size as garage) with walk out from bedroom, sunroom required for this deck. exterior of garage is brick
Hello,
I'm looking to build a garage 10 x 4 meters, and will need concrete foundation / slab (with option for a polished concrete finish).
The location is in Brampton, just south of Queen / Kennedy.
The garage will be built in the back end of the property behind the house.
Regards,
Dalibor
Area = 180m2
Remove/dispose existing asphalt, Re-grade & compact granular Supply & Install 15m concrete re-bar, 300mm apart horizontally & vertically
Supply & Install 200mm thick concrete (32mpa c-2)
Saw cut & clean up.
My home is a Semi detached, Three Level Backsplit.
I am the property owner.
I also have purchased a shed an 8' x 7' "Click In Place" which will need to be put together and requires a cement floor for it to rest on, in the same spot an old shed was removed from which had a rotted wooden floor.
The 'porch' area outside the front door is approximately 5'x7' and is about a foot in height (not including anything that would be required below ground level). Down one step and there's two patio stones, then down another step and two patio stones, then down another step and two patio stones, then down another step and one patio stone.
We'd like to replace the patio stones and wood border with concrete (potentially patterned). As there is a few steps down to the driveway level, there would also need to be a retaining wall of some sort added in, about 8' long by a few feet high (that decreases with the height of the steps).
The pictures I have attached are for a separate issue (some bricks are spalling). However, it does show the main area by the house and you can see the beginning of the steps and patio stones from there. It extends about another 10 - 15 feet while dropping down several feet to where the driveway level is.
We would like stamped concrete on the porch, driveway and walkway. Two large steps need to be made to go onto the porch. Our driveway and pathway has been torn up by another contractor who was supposed to complete the job but, has disappeared. We need to do this job immediately as we cannot park in our driveway as it has damaged our car. We are looking for a dependable and efficient contractor who has references.
I have Brampton city approved designs and permits to create a below-grade entrance from my backyard. There are certain areas of foundaton that needs to be underpinned as well (refer to attached drawings). My basement is unfinished. The separate entrance needs to have retaining walls, graded steps and drainage around the landing and waterproofing around new retainings walls. Please refer to the drawings in the attached PDF.
Please feel free to reach out to me for further information at my cell number.
I would need to verify underpinning licence details and the contractor should have good WSIB standing. I am looking for a detailed written quote with references for past work done for other clients.
There is roughly 4ft of space on one side to carry equipment, if any to be used for this work.
I need a quote on my paved project. I have included pictures. I want the side and back patio to be paved (flat concrete) and the driveway widened about 4 ft and paved.
The debris/shed will be cleared from the backyard. and all you would have to to is lay the cement.
My neighbour might pave their driveway as well, so 2 quotes if you don't mind.
Project cost can go up to $1500
Thank you.
