We are just waiting for permits for our new home. Our current home, had a major fire a year ago in November and we are going to be demolishing the old house and installing a new modular home. The hookups to the city services will need to be done along with the water lines for the fridge and dishwasher. We will also be installing a hot tub in the basement and it will eventually need to be plumbed as well. We would appreciate a call back and arrange to give us a quote for the work.

We have some annoying rattling/knocking pipes. We've done several things to stop this (i.e. bleeding pipes) but nothing has worked. We believe it could be loose pipes ... but not sure since it is occuring in between the first floor and the second flooring. Banging occurs when upstairs bathroom sink is turned on.
House is 8yrs old.
I am looking for a plumber to come in and install a straight forward shower control. It is a basic control, nothing special.
The job will be ready for this Tuesday (July 19), and ideally needs to be done on that day.
I only want licensed plumbers to apply. Please do not apply if you are a General Contractor or handyman who does not have a license to do plumbing and do not reply on behalf of a plumber you know.

I need the plumbing installed behind the fridge. The kitchen sink is on the opposite side of the fridge, so i'm not sure how you're going to get water to that area.

Had an upstairs main bathroom renovated and all new work that was done looks like it was strapped and secured to code but now we have a new water hammer issue primarily or more prominently when using the new sink faucets however it is happening from using anything in the house now (but more fainter). It does not happen when the new shower is turned on and you use the other fixtures. The plumber who did original install, installed 4 arrestors (one on toilet and rest on sink) but it didn't work. He also drained the system once (but I was not here so I don't know). We are obviously not happy and concerned. There are some holes in the ceiling underneath and there is no movement from any of the pipes. It might be pipes going down a wall from the sink area into the basement but we can't be sure. I need someone with experience in this specific scenario and who might have a scope camera if it is needed to look down walls etc.
I am looking for a quote to move a toilet waste pipe approximately 1 foot to prepare for a wall-hung (in-wall tank) toilet installation.
The job should include:
1. Jack-hammer existing concrete to access the waste pipe
2. Precise repositioning of the waste pipe exactly on centre inside existing wall
3. Fill in, and refinish concrete to same level as existing floor
The existing wall is accessible from both sides.
Job will be available within 1 week.
Repair a recently cracked ceramic/porcelain sink. I do not want to replace sink and vanity because I will be doing a complete gut and re-design of the bathroom. So a new sink and vanity will most likely be wasted in a year's time.
I've seen video where the sink can be repaired using fiberglass layers underneath and epoxy filler with enamel coat. This is the solution I am truly interested in.
Replace Toilet Rough In
I'm looking for a insured and licensed plumber (red seal certified and has insurance) for a small job. I need to move my existing 10 inch toilet drain rough in (located in the basement) and make it into a 12 inch rough in from the wall. The basement flooring is tiles with concrete underneath. I also need the existing tiles 10 x 10 on concrete floor removed. In addition removal of the stand up shower and tiles from the wall where the existing shower is.
Hello,
We are moving to a new townhome in November and saw that our sink is a bit shallow and small. We were hoping to replace it with a bigger sink.
We also would like to see if we could add something behind the sink so water doesn't drip down below to the couch area. This could be an additional lip to be added, etc.
We are doing a semi-DIY kitchen renovation this spring.
What we have already:
- design and cabinets
- granite supplier and installer
- appliances
- flooring (and install)
- sink, garbage disposal
- demolition of current kitchen (to be completed by 3rd week April)
- electrician (upgrade of service, panel, install moving of receptacles, pot lights - all to code)
- installation of Ikea cabinets
What we need:
- plumber for rough-in (includes moving the plumbing down 18" to sit just above floor (currently in the middle of cabinets, move sink 42" over from current location)
- exhaust venting installation (includes venting to range hood, through wall to exterior and proper cap)
- gas line run to stove (stove location to be directly above furnace, highly accessible and short distance from source)
- installation of appliances (if required, plumbing would require dishwasher and fridge water hook-up, stove would be the gas line)
We will be doing the demolition of flooring and cabinets, installation/repair of drywall, installation of cabinets etc.
Only those with time to quote for the job in the timing required please respond.
End of April 2017.
We are easy to work with and know what we can handle. The plumbing/gas/vent jobs are not complicated, but we want them done right so we are going to the pros for them.
These would be good for anyone looking to fit something quick in between projects.
Please respond if you would like to view the space and quote, I will respond this week for viewing on weekend and next week.
We have a basin sink in our bathroom got hot water no cold water ripped it out replaced the taps brand new thinking this would reslove the issue it did not I believe it's a faulty shut off valve all other faucets work no problem but I don't want to replace it myself there is not much length of pipe comming out of tiled wall. Also have a running toilet I think a new flapper should fix that but it also has a weak flush. Looking to get this fixed next Saturday but looking for a quote thank you
Need a new laundry room tap. I've installed taps before but has a trap seal primer that is always leaking hot water and now the tap is itself, probably some rings worn. Not sure how trap seal works into a more modern tap.
Also have a toilet with poor water flow, pressure to tap seems fine, valve is open. It is a newer dual flush on the inside I haven't seen before.
Lastly, have a rental in Guelph with a very slow leak. Not sure where coming from but leaking into furnace area where drain but needs to be taken care of asap. Would prefer the same person take care of both jobs if person, don't mind paying a bit extra if Guelph is a bit far.
