We are looking to put a Saniflo Toilet into our basement. There will be a shower and sink hooked up to the saniflo macerator. The bathrom is already roughed in, just need to hook up the toilet, sink and shower to the plumbing. Not looking for someone to finish the bathroom, simply do the hookups.
Hello. I just wondering if I could have someone come and look at my home i just purchased in Hamilton. I think there may be some structural issues because there is a bit of sloping of the floors in a few rooms. Also plumbing issues that is going into the crwal space.
Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks,
Jen
Looking to establish a working relationship with a plumber to subcontract work to. Must be licensed and insured, able to provide quotes upfront for customer billing. Would prefer work with an independent operator available during business hours. Not looking for someone to do work on the side outside of business hours.
If interested please send me an email and we can discuss further.

I would like to get a quote on having a toilet drain installed in my concrete floor in the basement. Right now I have a laundry room with a waste stack running straight up to the main floor washroom. Beside the pipe is a sauna that I will me tearing down to make room for a 2nd bathroom. The room has not yet been planned or framed out. But I would like a toilet drain place within approx 2-4 feet of the existing waste pipe. Pouring and filling in after the drain has been put in place is not required. All we need is the concrete jack hammered out and the drain installed. If it is possible, I would also like a Sink Drain or a shower drain installed as well. There is currently a drain in the floor approx. 2 feet away from the waste pipe. That drain is already inside the sauna on the floor. Keep in mind the sauna is coming out and if possible, maybe that drain could be used for a
shower? If I could get a ball park figure for an approximate cost, that would be great.
We do not have a lot of money, so were trying to get it done with a reasonable cost, hence that is why the drain does not need to be filled back in right away. This will be a long ongoing project for my wife and I... Thanking in Advance..
The Toilet I currently have gets clogged quite often. Today when trying to plunge what ever is clogging it through I noticed water coming out from the base of the toilet by the floor.
Looking to get a new toilet installed to hopefully solve the issue of constant clogging, as well as get a dripping faucet in the kitchen fixed.
Hello, my toilet tank is not filling. It's a 2 year old American standard toilet with a regular single flush handle. The water shut off is fully open, and dripping at the water shut off (so it's now turned off).
When the water shut off is fully open, a little bit of water will get into the tank, but it won't fill up.
Thank in advance for your help!
Evelyn
