We recently purchased a house and have discovered that the ensuite shower stall leaks into the basement. I have since tore out the tiles and drywall to the studs and removed the floor tiles. The cement slab that the floor tiles were on still remains, but will need to be removed.
I need a contractor to come in and remove three studs and install a new tub, walls, tiles, shower fixture, drain, etc. The project may also require the removal and installation of the plywood beneath the cement slab.
Hi everyone! I have a very small bathroom that needs to be gutted. There is a slow leak that has caused water damage to the room on the the lower floor. Everything in the room I'm sure will need to go. Sorry if this is vague I really just don't know what I'm talking about but I know it's probably bad. please help!! :)
We have water damage in our bathroom that has leaked through into the sub-floor. We are looking to have our bathroom totally gutted, a wall moved 2 feet over (to make the bathroom bigger, and to have a new sub-floor put down if needed and the bathroom rebuilt.
This is our ONLY bathroom so we will need to have the work done quickly as well.
house is a100 year old arts and crafts style house. Drafts are complete. Just finished a kithcen renovation. We would like a quality job in a short amount of time.
Currently there is one small bedroom upstairs with a crawl-space closet. We would like to expand the bedroom square footage by raising the roof. We want to put in a full bath and add laundry in the expanded walk-in closet. Drafts are available.
