Hello,
I'm in the process of buying a house and I would like to remodel the bathroom.
At this point, I'm essentially looking for quotes to get financing from the bank. I'm looking to remodel the whole bathroom (bath, toilet, cabinet and floor.)
You can find a picture attached. I will have access to the house tomorrow and I can get any information you need then.
Thank you for your time,
Laurianne
Our bathroom tub has a leak and has damaged the wall and floor and wood in the house underneath it. The damage around the tub walls and floor will need new wood. The toilet also needs to be reset and we might move a closet wall to make the space a bit bigger. While doing the repairs we are wanting a new larger jet tub and toilet. The bathroom is outdated but it all depends on budget and how extensive the repair work will need to be.
Hi,
A bathroom needs to be modified to make it wheelchair accessible and below are a list of modifications that we'd like to have done. Is it possible to get an estimate on how much this project with cost?

-Tear down closet and shower and replace it with a large roll-in shower (30x59in).
-The shower needs to have tempered glass and a swing door.
-marble tile within shower needs to be removed and replaced with a non-slip surface
-shower controls need to be lowered
-marble tile on bathroom floor needs to be removed and replaced with vinyl flooring.
-lighting needs changed to motion detected lighting
-outlets and switches need to be lowered
-remove wall where toilet and bidet are enclosed in
-remove bidet
-replace shelving in closet with a retractable shelving unit
-remove 3 lower cupboards below vanity.
Thank-you and we hope to hear from you soon,
Emanuela and Nicole
We recently purchased a house and have discovered that the ensuite shower stall leaks into the basement. I have since tore out the tiles and drywall to the studs and removed the floor tiles. The cement slab that the floor tiles were on still remains, but will need to be removed.
I need a contractor to come in and remove three studs and install a new tub, walls, tiles, shower fixture, drain, etc. The project may also require the removal and installation of the plywood beneath the cement slab.
We are looking to add a bedroom bump out on the back of our house. As well as a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We would want to open the kitchen up and move the bathroom to the room next to it and possibly reopen/install two windows the previous owners closed in. We are just looking for a rough estimate before we start the remortgaging process. I have uploaded rough blueprints of what our home looks like currently and two possible options of how we want the reno to go.
Our home is 60+ years old. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated at some point before we bought.
I'm would like to have a new shower installed since my existing acrylic shower base cracked. I don't believe it was properly installed since it was always squishy to stand on. The existing shower is 48" wide, 32" deep and 75" tall with a right-hand drain. It was a MAAX. I would consider either replacing with a similar shower, or going to a separate base / tile surround.

We have water damage in our bathroom that has leaked through into the sub-floor. We are looking to have our bathroom totally gutted, a wall moved 2 feet over (to make the bathroom bigger, and to have a new sub-floor put down if needed and the bathroom rebuilt.
This is our ONLY bathroom so we will need to have the work done quickly as well.
